What are your pricing plans?

Currently, we are offering three pricing plans, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each pricing plan includes some unique features and tools that will empower your business. We have laid out plans based on your business’s needs as it grows from a startup to an enterprise.

Is Lucci Leaf white label and customizable?

Yes, it is! The Gold and Platinum packages allow you to customize everything in the buyer interface and admin dashboard. The POS customization is available on all plans.

How long does it take to set up?

A single store and POS can be set up in about 45 minutes. Then you need another 20 minutes of training to use the system. Once it is ready, you can easily replicate Lucci Leaf setup on other stores and create new POS’s within minutes. Don’t worry if you get stuck anywhere; we offer complete support 24/7.

Where do I get order notifications?

Notifications of POS sales can be sent to your email address or checked in the admin dashboard. As for online store sales, Lucci Leaf facilitates SMS notifications on carrier charges and emails.

Do I need a website?

Not really! Having a domain allows you to customize the access link and create branded product links. If you don’t have a website, you can access your POS from standard links.

Which payment options are available?

Lucci Leaf can work with almost all POS providers and can be linked directly with your bank. For online stores, you can use Stripe, Authorize.net, Paypal, among many.
